Therapy Services
Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all solution, and your needs can change at different stages of life. I offer a variety of approaches to support you, no matter where you are on your journey.
Regardless of the path we take to explore what you’re bringing to therapy, I strive to offer a welcoming, compassionate, safe, and non-judgmental environment. I am committed to bringing empathy and authenticity into my practice, recognising their importance in nurturing a genuine therapeutic connection.
I believe the therapeutic relationship is a vital component in fostering meaningful growth and change. I have a deep belief in people’s strength and resilience and the transformative power of human connection. Over the years, I’ve been continually inspired by the incredible strength of the clients I’ve had the privilege to work with.
I see vulnerability as a powerful strength, and I strive to provide a space that allows people to explore and express their vulnerable selves. I offer online sessions or face-to-face sessions in Beeston, Nottingham, UK.
Individual Therapy

Dramatherapy
Dramatherapy is a creative form of psychotherapy. A Dramatherapist is both a clinician and artist, and, alongside psychological frameworks, we may use metaphor, play, story-making, art, movement, voice, myth and objects in our therapy sessions.
Dramatherapy can provide a space for exploration of problems that feel too difficult to talk about and can provide access to deeper levels of knowledge and understanding of ourselves. Trauma and difficult life experiences can often leave us feeling stuck, a creative approach allows for new perspectives, flexibility and a renewed sense of self.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is a talking therapy that focuses on thoughts, feelings, behaviours and physical sensations in the body. We look at the relationship between these parts, how they are connected and what we can do to stop unhelpful cycles impacting our mental health.
Metaphors, scientific theory, diagrams and images can be used to explore your current problems. CBT can provide new insights, coping skills and a greater sense of well-being.

Integrative Psychotherapy
Integrative Psychotherapy tailors the approach to meet the needs of the client. Rather than adhering to a single therapeutic method, we combine elements from different schools of thought.
This individualised approach recognises that every client is different and so the therapy is shaped around them. The therapist will use skills and techniques based on their qualifications, knowledge and experience, that best fits the client’s specific needs.
Group Therapy
Dramatherapy
A Dramatherapy Group usually takes place with others seeking therapy for a similar reason or theme. Group sessions last between 1.5 and 2 hours, depending on the size of the group.
One of the main purposes of a Dramatherapy Group is to provide a safe space to feel supported, connected and less alone and to allow for creative exploration as a group of both the issues presented, and the dynamics of the group.
